Moab Monday

Dear Isaac, Maia, and Virtual Wanderers,

It’s President’s Day week and I’m on my annual trip to Moab. This is the week before their “on” season so it’s fairly warm and prices are affordable.

Refueling season starts with our February trip to Moab, Utah.

This is little Cimarron’s first hotel trip. So, I didn’t stretch the schedule to fit in a hike. Plus, it was rainy. We will start fresh tomorrow.

A walk through downtown: Lots of Kokopellis and tee shirts.

We walked around downtown and I had my first dinner without dogs in months. I went to a place called The Spoke. The burger was good, but the ice cream was my favorite.   They stayed in the car and got my leftovers. But, not my ice cream!

Getting dogs use to hotels takes a little time. I bring potty pads and urine remover just in case. And, their beds. They can only be on my bed until lights out. It’s safer all around.  Right now, they are hoarding my electric blanket, though.
